Brian O'Connor Joins RegisterHere as

Bellevue, WA - September 17, 2004 - RegisterHere, Inc. announced today that Brian O'Connor has joined as Vice President of Business Development and Sales. Mr. O'Connor has spent many years working in the election industry. His addition to the RegisterHere team will help propel RegisterHere to the next level in the election marketplace.

Mr. O'Connor has over 15 years experience in the voting system, information technology, and systems integration business. Specifically, Mr. O'Connor has served in an executive capacity for such established voting companies as Sequoia Voting Systems, Global Election Systems (acquired by Diebold), and Danaher Controls. During his tenure at Global Election Systems, he played a vital role in developing the implementation strategies for the State of Maryland statewide electronic election system.
